Affordable Housing for All
My family lost our home In the 2008 recession—we hit zero and started over. Through hard work, I built my way back, buying a home for myself and one for my parents. I’ve built homes, restaurants and buildings across this city—I know what it takes. With only 29% of us owning here, I’ll cut through bureaucracy, boost construction, and fight for fair rents and protections so every family gets a real shot.

Immigration That Works for Our Community
Nearly half of us are immigrants—I’m one of them. I know the endless paperwork, the years it takes, the fear, the fight to belong. Our district’s never had a voice who’s walked that path. I’ll demand a system that’s tough but fair: secure borders, faster citizenship for the law-abiding, and real support for our neighborhoods.

Jobs and Economic Growth
I came with nothing, lost it all in ’08, and rebuilt through dedication—no welfare, just results. As a developer, I’ve created jobs and worked with engineers and architects to get it done. Employment’s down 1%, and 43-minute commutes drain us. I’ll bring good jobs, streamline city red tape, and boost small businesses so you can thrive like I did.

Healthcare You Can Count On
For my wife, two kids, and me, healthcare costs over $2,000 a month—for a mediocre plan with sky-high out-of-pocket costs. COVID scarred us, and too many still can’t afford care. As an estate administrator for my family member lost to suicide, I’ve seen the system fail. I’ll fight for affordable, accessible healthcare—real solutions, not bandaids—so no family’s crushed by bills.

Safe Streets, Strong Neighborhoods
I’m pro-police but uncompromising on accountability. My family paid a steep price: a 26-year-old loved one lost to suicide just three months after a corrupt New York City cop’s actions. That officer had a violent history, yet stayed on the job—until I fought back. It wasn’t easy; exposing him came with risks and fierce resistance. But I didn’t relent. Working closely with the CCRB, Internal Affairs, and the DA’s office, I helped take him down. He’s no longer a cop—found guilty. I’ll always support good officers and relentlessly root out the bad, ensuring our streets are safe for everyone.

A Cleaner, Smarter NY-14
I’ve ridden the subways alone at night through dangerous neighborhoods—I know the fear, the delays, the breakdowns. As a builder who’s dealt with city agencies and inspectors, I know how to fix what’s broken. Our transit’s a mess—dirty air, unreliable service, real safety risks. I’ll deliver better subways, local green jobs, and upgrades that work for working people, not just sound good.
